Butter Production

From here you can see the production of our own Butter

Cream is added to the butter churn

Cream is churned until the butter milk separates from the butter

The butter is then rinsed until the water runs clear and the butter compacts together

The final product is then removed from the churn 

The butter is then weighed every time 

The butter is then packed into a mould by hand

The block of butter is now wrapped and a label is added

The best before date is then added to the label

And then the block of butter is ready for the customer
